Ukraine struck the VNIIR-Progress in Cheboksary again, hitting the sanctioned Russian plant for the second time in 48 hours. Black smoke rose after a FP-5 Flamingo strike on a facility producing GNSS modules for Shaheds, Kalibr missiles and UMPK glide bombs.
