Fire Point showed one of its production sites for Ukraine’s FP-5 Flamingo cruise missiles and FP-1/2 drones, with journalist Serhii Peichev filming the manufacturing process. Chief designer Shtilerman said Flamingo output depends on orders, engine export bureaucracy with Europe and the US is gradually being resolved, and the key breakthrough was tactics: “now they reach targets.”He also said Fire Point sees little sense in using its 300 km small ballistic missile when an aircraft-type drone can deliver the same 200 kg warhead to 380 km for $40,000+, instead of $600,000 for 300 km. The company is also producing and stockpiling missiles for the future Freya anti-ballistic air defense project.
