Ukraine’s General Staff confirmed overnight strikes on the Lukoil-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez refinery in Kstovo, one of Russia’s largest refineries with capacity of about 17 million tons per year. A hit and fire were recorded, with the AVT-6 primary oil processing unit reportedly struck. Ukraine also hit a UAV depot near Kamianka, a railway bridge near Stanytsia Luhanska, and a command post near Vilshana.
