The report estimates Russia has suffered about 1.4 million killed, wounded, and missing since the start of the full-scale war, including roughly 450,000 dead. It attributes the widening loss ratio to Ukraine’s extensive use of drones, along with Russian tactical shortcomings, poor coordination, corruption, and low morale.
