❗️Ukrainian drones attacked the Saratov oil refinery in Russia, a Rosneft facility that has been targeted several times before. The plant can process up to 7 million tonnes of crude oil annually, around 2.2% of Russia's total refining capacity. It produces gasoline, diesel and fuel oil, and directly supplies fuel and lubricants to the Russian Armed Forces and military-industrial complex.
