Ukrainian forces struck the Togliattikauchuk plant in Samara region on September 12. Fires were reported at the BK-2, BK-3 and BK-4 workshops, which produce butyl rubber and an isobutane-isobutylene fraction linked to solid rocket fuel and high-octane fuel production chains.
