A fire is visible in the direction of a chemical facility in Berezniki, Russia's Perm region. Locals are claiming the fire is "planned" and that no attack took place. Berezniki is home to Uralchem's Azot chemical plant, a major producer of ammonia, nitric acid and ammonium nitrate. The facility was previously struck by Ukrainian long-range drones on September 11.
