❗️Russia's Syzran and Saratov oil refineries have stopped processing crude following Ukrainian drone strikes, Reuters reports, citing three industry sources. Syzran halted on September 15 after several facilities were damaged, including its main CDU-6 unit, which accounts for 71% of capacity. Its other crude distillation unit was already under repair after a July strike. Saratov halted processing on September 11 after another drone attack. Repairs at Syzran could take at least a month.
