❗️Ukraine has not yet submitted signed contracts for Patriot interceptors to the European Commission, preventing related payments from the €90 billion Ukraine Support Loan for now. Commission spokesman Balazs Ujvari said the interceptors were approved only last week and payments can proceed after the contracts are received and reviewed. The EU is currently funding earlier production schedules focused on drones, missiles and fighter aircraft, with €11.7 billion disbursed for defense in 2026.
