Ukraine’s General Staff says its forces struck Russian oil, air-defense, drone and aviation assets from September 14-20. Three refineries, S-400 and Buk-M3 systems, UAV infrastructure and aircraft were among the targets. It says over 45% of Russia’s designed oil-refining capacity is now offline.
