❗️Ukraine’s talks with Trump reportedly covered a reciprocal energy ceasefire, strikes on Russian ballistic missile launchers in frontline regions using Starlink ahead of winter, licensing Patriot production, further interceptor deliveries and sanctions against Russia under Lindsey Graham’s legislation. Kyrylo Budanov and other Ukrainian negotiators also met representatives of France, Germany and the UK to discuss Witkoff and Kushner’s proposals for de-escalation. Kyiv is awaiting Russia’s response.
