In Odesa, Russia twice attacked port and civilian infrastructure, hitting a commercial cargo ship flying the Antigua and Barbuda flag and killing its Ukrainian captain. Seven people were wounded in Izium, while strikes also caused casualties or damage in Zaporizhzhia, Kyiv, Sumy, Kherson, Poltava and Zhytomyr regions.
