Artem Martynenko, an IT specialist and architect of Ukraine’s DELTA battlefield management system, has reportedly been appointed deputy commander for digitalization under Mykhailo Drapatyi, Hromadske reports, citing three Ukrainian Defense Forces sources. Since the start of the full-scale invasion, Martynenko has led DELTA’s development as its chief architect and deputy head of the Defense Ministry’s Center for Innovation and Defense Technology Development.
