❗️Russia is preparing a detailed plan for strikes on Ukraine’s energy system this winter, Energy Minister Denys Shmyhal says, citing intelligence materials obtained by Kyiv. He said the documents cover power generation, heating, water supply, wastewater and other energy infrastructure, including calculations of the weapons needed against specific targets. Shmyhal said Ukraine has built more than 200 protective structures over priority energy sites and is stockpiling replacement equipment with partners.
