❗️Ukrainian long-range drones struck the Perm oil refinery in Russia this morning, with multiple fires reported across the facility. Located around 1,500 km from Ukraine, the LUKOIL-operated plant is one of Russia’s largest refineries, with annual crude processing capacity of about 13.1 million tons. It produces more than 60 petroleum products, including gasoline, diesel, aviation fuel, bitumen and lubricants.
