Ukraine has returned 21 citizens from Russian occupation, Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets says. Seventeen returned with help from the Ombudsman’s Office and four through Georgia and Moldova. Among them were three families from Kherson region and a family persecuted for its pro-Ukrainian position.
