Zelensky confirmed Ukrainian strikes overnight on the Perm and Novoshakhtinsk oil refineries and the Iskra defense plant in Ulyanovsk. He also said two Russian radar stations in Rostov region were destroyed, calling the attacks part of Ukraine’s “long-range sanctions.”
