❗️EU defense ministers made no new commitments to provide Ukraine with additional air defense interceptor missiles at their Sept. 28 meeting, Kaja Kallas said. The EU has approved procurement plans covering future US production of Patriot missiles, but Kallas said Ukraine needs them now. She proposed that EU states and partners transfer missiles from existing stocks, with replacements later financed through the EU loan supporting Ukraine.
