Ukraine presented its 2026 defense priorities at the Operational Force Development Framework conference, attended by around 100 generals from NATO and Gulf states. Deputy Defense Minister Serhii Boiev identified air defense, drones and long-range artillery as key needs, while stressing faster decisions and weapons deliveries. Ukraine also seeks investment and joint production with partners in unmanned systems, ammunition and other modern weapons.
