Ukraine’s Commander-in-Chief Maj. Gen. Mykhailo Drapatyi says the military is prioritizing innovation, unmanned systems, precision planning and unconventional solutions while seeking to preserve personnel. “Our drones have changed the rules on the battlefield,” he said, adding that Ukrainian long-range strikes are systematically targeting Russian resources and logistics deep in the rear. Drapatyi said people remain the military’s most important asset.
