A Russian Su-35 reportedly shot down a Russian Mi-8 helicopter in a friendly-fire incident over the Voronezh region on October 1. The Su-35 crew allegedly mistook the helicopter for a drone while responding to a large-scale UAV attack. All three Mi-8 crew members were killed.
