US Secretary of State Marco Rubio dismissed Russia’s warning for foreign diplomats to leave Kyiv as nothing new, saying Moscow has been issuing such warnings for months. Rubio said the US has an embassy in Kyiv and will determine for itself whether it is safe for personnel to remain there. He added that Washington assesses the security of its diplomatic missions daily and will change its posture if it identifies a threat requiring action.
