Bulgarian PM Rumen Radev called the incident in Bulgaria’s exclusive economic zone “absolutely unacceptable” and a serious breach of maritime and international law that will further jeopardize safe navigation in the Black Sea. Radev said he has long warned that unless the war is ended in time, it will continue to expand geographically, intensify and increase the risk of a wider conflict, potentially on a global scale.
