Ukrainian National Guard troops pulled off an unusual rescue from Russian-occupied Oleshky: evacuating six cats by heavy bomber drone. With help from local residents, the cats were placed inside a cage specially designed for the mission and carried through the air for more than 10 km across the Dnipro. The National Guard says all six landed safely and unharmed, although a little frightened. The operation was appropriately codenamed “Tigers.”
