Rybar founder Mikhail Zvinchuk, his wife and three others have been taken to a police station in Kotor for questioning, according to SHOT. The group was detained early this morning at the Mövenpick Hotel & Residences Teuta Kotor Bay, where drones and other digital equipment were reportedly found in their room. Russian media citing Montenegrin reports say Zvinchuk was detained over filming material intended to portray Montenegro’s EU integration negatively.
