Ukraine will resume strikes on Russian oil refineries, Zelensky told the Financial Times. “The ban is lifted. Enough is enough.” He said Kyiv suspended attacks on Russian energy for three days at Washington’s request, while Russia continued striking Ukraine’s energy system and killing civilians. Zelensky said Ukraine would agree to halt such strikes again while Russia continued its attacks only in exchange for additional US Patriot interceptor missiles, calling that the minimum requirement.
