According to him, connections cut out completely above 161 km/h, causing drones to be lost. Ukraine then tested vehicles equipped with Starlink terminals inside the EU at speeds above 180 km/h, where he says the systems worked normally. Zelensky said Kyiv has logs and evidence and concluded the restrictions inside Ukraine are deliberate.
