Zelensky says Russia’s latest wave of attacks hit 28 substations and other key energy facilities across Ukraine, with repair work underway. He also reported that Starlink/Starshield equipment is ceasing to function at speeds of 130-161 km/h on different frontline sectors, slowing logistics and limiting the use of various drones, especially mid-strike systems and interceptors against jet-powered Shaheds. He said the issue is being raised again with partners.
