Eventually he leaves after being confronted with an armed victim.Mr. Bottoms has been arrested *AT LEAST* 16 times in Salt Lake City alone including "a string of random violent random street attacks" in 2021 that only ended because he eventually stabbed a guy multiple times and the police finally responded and put him in cuffs.
