Ukraine approved a concept for developing missile and artillery forces through 2030. The plan prioritizes domestic artillery systems, gradual retirement of worn Soviet-caliber weapons, optimized weapons types, modern artillery reconnaissance and expanded missile production. Kyiv aims to complete development and launch serial production of domestic ballistic and cruise missiles able to hit targets up to 2,000 km away.
