An explosive device detonated near the home of Andriy Pinchuk, the first state security minister of occupied Donetsk in 2014–2015. Pinchuk was one of the organizers and leaders of the DNR security structures, took part in establishing Russian control over Crimea, and later helped create and coordinate occupation security bodies in Donbas.
