Employees of TPP, one of the largest fuel companies in occupied Crimea, appealed to Putin for government assistance after Ukrainian strikes destroyed a fuel terminal in Kerch, damaged several gas stations, burned fuel trucks and hit an oil depot. The company warned that 2,500 jobs are at risk and said it may not recover without state support.
