Analysis of satellite imagery confirms heavy damage at Russia’s Slavyansk-EKO refinery in Krasnodar Krai after the June 28 strike. At least 17 tanks were destroyed, with more tanks damaged and fires and oil product spills recorded nearby. Two AVT crude distillation units, key nodes for primary oil processing, were hit, along with pipelines, finished-product tanks and other refinery equipment.
