Ukraine adapted the Neptune missile launcher for the new Areion missile-drone, developed and produced by Luch Design Bureau. Areion was designed for deep strikes against coastal infrastructure and high-priority stationary targets under electronic warfare conditions, with a declared 600 km range, 100-120 kg warhead and flight altitude down to 20 meters.
