Zelensky confirmed Ukraine struck an oil refinery in the Moscow region at a distance of about 500 km. He thanked SBU, Unmanned Systems Forces, SSO, HUR and missile troops for the successful operation. Zelensky said Ukrainian long-range weapons are an important part of forcing Russia to end the war and called the strike a fair response to Russian attacks.
