❗️A Russian An-26 crash on March 31 killed 29 people, including Lt. Gen. Alexander Otroshchenko, commander of a Northern Fleet mixed aviation corps and former head of the 45th Air Force and Air Defense Army. Six officers from the Northern Fleet were also among the dead.
