Occupation authorities are introducing a state of emergency in Crimea and Sevastopol from 13:00, Sergey Aksyonov said. He said the regime was coordinated with Sevastopol’s occupation administration and is intended to streamline financial, credit, contractual and damage recovery issues as conditions on the occupied peninsula continue to deteriorate.
