Ukraine has unveiled the DART missile, designed for launch from stratospheric balloons at altitudes of 12-18 km. The 1.84-meter missile weighs 13 kg and carries a 3.5-10 kg warhead. According to its developers, navigation is disabled at around 6 km altitude before the solid-fuel motor ignites, allowing it to continue toward its target without being affected by enemy electronic warfare systems.
