Russian-installed authorities in occupied Crimea imposed a nighttime ban on motorcycles, mopeds, scooters, pit bikes and ATVs from 20:00 to 06:00 starting June 17. Officials said the restriction is aimed at protecting military, state and critical infrastructure facilities.
