Zelensky confirmed Ukraine’s long-range strikes reached the Moscow region overnight, damaging the Moscow oil refinery for the second time in a week. He said targets were also struck in Rostov region and on temporarily occupied Ukrainian territory. Zelenskyy called the attacks a fair response to Russian strikes on Ukrainian cities and thanked the SBU, Unmanned Systems Forces, SSO, GUR and a Ukrainian missile brigade.
