❗️Bulgaria will veto the EU’s latest Russia sanctions package, Prime Minister Rumen Radev said, citing risks to the country’s economy and the operation of Lukoil, which runs Bulgaria’s sole refinery and is a major fuel retailer. Radev also warned of possible disruption to Sofia Metro spare parts and fertilizer supplies, while rejecting sanctions against Russian Church figures. He said Bulgaria will still support Ukraine’s EU accession talks.
