Ukraine’s General Staff confirms strikes on the Tyumen refinery, more than 2,000 km from Ukraine, plus TES-Terminal-1 in Kerch and Port Kavkaz, where fires were recorded. Ukrainian forces also hit rail bridges near Rozdolne, Petershagen and Chonhar, along with a Russian command post near Pochaevo and UAV command posts in Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk and Bryansk regions.
