❗️Ukraine will open transparent defense technology exports to partner states under the Drone Deal, Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov said. Partners with intergovernmental agreements will be able to buy Ukrainian weapons and work directly with manufacturers. Export requests will be reviewed within 30 days, while Ukraine retains IP rights, controls reexport, and keeps Defense Forces needs as the top priority.
