Japan will send four Self-Defense Forces officers to NATO’s NSATU command in Wiesbaden for the first time. The officers will help coordinate military aid deliveries and training programs for Ukraine’s Armed Forces, but will not take part in combat, which Japan’s constitution strictly forbids.
