🇺🇸 Tampa, #Florida. Knife-wielding arsonist arrested after he tried to burn down a restaurant (on West Waters Avenue) using a propane tank that was on fire. 53-year-old Rubiel Maceo Castillo had lit a propane tank on fire and spread flames throughout the place and met officers while wielding 2 knives.The police coordinated with Hillsborough County Fire Rescue to extinguish the fire and took Castillo into custody safely.
