Ukraine’s General Staff said FP-5 Flamingo cruise missiles struck the Votkinsk plant in Udmurtia, which produces Yars, Bulava and Iskander-M missiles, with a fire recorded on site. The Neftegorsky gas processing plant in Samara region, a fuel depot in Donetsk and facilities in Polohy and Nova Karakuba were also targeted. Damage is being clarified.
