President Zelensky said the Lviv attack was a terrorist act organized by Russia. Two explosions occurred, the second after emergency services arrived. Twenty five people were injured and a 23 year old policewoman was killed. Zelensky said the perpetrators were recruited via Telegram and that investigators are analyzing all circumstances.

A church was damaged in Kyiv region and residential buildings were hit in several regions. In Sumy region three people were killed after a Russian drone struck an ambulance, he said. Zelensky ordered additional air defense forces to Sumy region.
US special envoy Steve Witkoff said a meeting between Putin and Zelensky could happen within the next three weeks. In an interview with Fox News, he said Donald Trump might also take part. Witkoff said he and Jared Kushner are optimistic their proposed initiatives could narrow differences and lead to a summit.

CNN reports that President Trump reacted angrily after being informed of the Supreme Court decision on tariffs. During a breakfast meeting he called the ruling a disgrace and criticized the courts, at one point using profanity, according to sources speaking to CNN.

About 10,000 North Korean troops are in Russia training to shoot down various drones and missiles, President Zelensky told Kyodo News. He said they could later use the skills at home, adding that they will at least bring this experience back to North Korea.
