Despite announcing a full exit from Russia in 2023, Binance responded to investigators with transaction records, his address, phone number, passport details and copies of his Russian passport and Bulgarian residence permit. Belenkiy, 49, was detained in September 2025 and is now jailed in Russia awaiting trial.

Russia has built 10 drone bases with at least 59 new launch rails along its borders with Ukraine and Belarus, according to a Telegraph investigation using leaked documents and satellite imagery. Around 20 extended rails appear capable of launching Russia’s latest long-range attack drones, potentially putting Warsaw within range.
