Ukraine’s Southern Territorial Defense Forces said Odesa is being prepared for circular defense. Around the city, troops are already building multi-kilometer anti-tank ditches and dugouts, installing barbed wire, dragon’s teeth and other engineering barriers designed to strengthen the defense perimeter and slow any Russian advance.
