Ukraine’s General Staff reported strikes on a missile unit area of Russia’s 15th Coastal Missile Brigade in occupied Crimea on Feb. 23. An ammunition depot near Nyzhna Krynka and a logistics depot near Velyka Novosilka were hit, along with a UAV command post near Pokrovka in Mykolaiv region. Russian losses and damage are being clarified.
Poland’s Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski criticized Hungary over its ultimatum and blocking of 90 billion euros for Ukraine. He said Budapest violated EU solidarity and used the European agenda for domestic political purposes. Sikorski added he expected much greater solidarity between Hungary and Ukraine.

Explosions are heard in Belgorod. Earlier this evening it became known that hundreds of Ukrainian drones entered Russian territory. Arrivals are reported near the Belgorod Thermal Power Plant.
On the Kupyansk direction, the 116th Separate Mechanized Brigade of the 10th Army Corps reported destroying a vehicle, an ATV and a mortar.
